Returns + Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Items can be returned as long as they have not been used or worn and must be returned with all original packaging in a re-saleable condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) to us. We recommend that you return the goods via recorded or registered delivery as we will not be able to refund any items that are lost in transit back to us. 

If the item you have received is faulty we will of course refund your postage and the cost of your return postage.

Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable unless faulty:

- Anything that is personalised as it can't be resold due to a bespoke element

- Personal items sold i.e underwear.

To avoid disappointment, please check whether an item is cancelable or non-cancelable before ordering.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size please email us within 7 days so we can confirm that we have your size in stock. We will hold that item for 14 days until we receive your original order back. For all returns queries please email us at info@weaselandstoat.com
